To assist us, if there is an error message that appears, please send a screenshot
of the error message along with
the most recent log file
. Depending on your installation, the log file will be found either at:
- "C:\ProgramData\Simpler Software\XrmToolkit\Logs\" if installed on a desktop
- "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Simpler Software\XrmToolkit\Logs\" if installed on a terminal server
